David has been a butcher for over 35 years along with his father, his mother and his brother.
It is this passion for keeping a butchers in the family that has allowed David to enjoy serving his customers excellent meat that he is proud to serve up at home to his own family.

Our butcher shops in Crowle, Lincolnshire & Epworth, Yorkshire offer traditional cuts of the highest quality, local meat with the knowledge that has come through our generations.
We are proud to support at least 15 local farms to ensure we know the source of our meat. In most cases we are using prizewinning cattle as well as our own home bred and home reared cattle & sheep.
In our butches you will find a range of beef, pork, lamb,veal, mutton, goat, mince, steak, chops, burgers, belly of pork, stewing meat, ribs, sausagemeat, bacon and more.
On our poultry counter you will find an array of choice from whole birds to seasoned variations, all hand prepared on site.

The fresh deli counter includes a good selection of cheeses, cooked meats, olives, antipasti items and pastries including; pork pies, meat pies and quiche. Try our amazing new flavours of sausage rolls including black pudding, bacon & Davidstow cheddar, haggis, and pork & apple. All freshly baked every day.
Our sandwiches, hot and cold are made using the freshest culinary delights from within our shops.
Whether it be a fresh spring lamb for your Easter dinner, some sizzling BBQ meats for the warm summer days or an impressive home reared turkey from our own farm for the Christmas table. We have it all!

After competing against 300 other entrants, in 2009 we proudly scooped the award for having Yorkshire's best sausages!
Our sausages are made using only choice cuts of meat from local farms, on the premises by our sausage masters!
